Intruder Alarm Systems.
This type of alarm is a visible deterrent against criminal activity and potential intruders as well as making a sound and notifying personnel that a breach of security has taken place. These systems tend to either be “audible only” alarms and/or “remotely monitored” alarms which notify either a member of staff or the Police. Current technology now allows for phone app support.
When triggered, audible only systems will make a sound which will alert those in the vicinity that an incident has taken place and appropriate action needs to be taken. These systems can often be supported by voice, text or email alerts to your phone.
When a remotely monitored system is triggered, alerts are sent to a remote monitoring centre who are informed to take appropriate actions (such as contact the Police, notify a landlord or key holder).
Access Control Systems.
These systems allow your premises to remain secure by control who has access to the site. These systems can often also record individuals whereabouts in an area and so can be very helpful in the event of an emergency. Some businesses also use the data captured by these systems to double up as a time and attendance record.
Whether internal or external, these systems usually rely on PINs, swipe cards or biometrics to control access. Entry points can be configured to allow access to all or a specific group of users and/or to allow access only at certain times of the day.

CCTV Surveillance System.
These systems allow for the video capture of potential intrusion, vandalism, theft and anti-social/violent behaviour on a constant on-going basis. The activity can be viewed and recorded which provides essential evidence should the worst happen.

Activated CCTV Systems .
As the name suggests, these systems function in a similar way to those listed above. However they do not video constantly but are triggered in response to detecting intrusion. An alert is sent to a remote centre where activity is assessed and appropriate action taken if deemed necessary.
